Job Description & Responsibilities: Prepare Terms of Reference (TOR) as part of project completion efforts. Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and perform data analysis. Develop technical studies to support licensing and planning processes. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure project completion.
